By purchasing, accepting, or using an On Her Nails Gift Card (“Gift Card”), you agree to the following terms.
1) Issuer & Scope
• Issued by On Her Nails, 2843 Weston Rd, North York, ON M9M 2S1, Canada.
• Prepaid, non-credit value for eligible services at On Her Nails.
2) Redemption
• Redemption requires presenting the original physical Gift Card at checkout. Screenshots, photos, receipts, or codes without the original card are not accepted.
• Redeemable for On Her Nails nail services only.
• Promotional Exclusivity: Gift Cards purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional package are not combinable with any other in-store offers, discounts, or sales promotions (including those on services or retail products) upon redemption.
• Not valid for tattoo sessions, merchandise (e.g., nail polishes, brushes, tools), or the purchase of any other vouchers or gift cards.
• Cannot be applied toward gratuities or tips.
• Partial redemptions are allowed until the balance is $0.
3) Expiry / Fees
• Expiry: If an expiry date is printed on the card, that date applies unless prohibited by applicable law; if prohibited, the card does not expire.
• No activation/maintenance/dormancy fees.
4) Cash, Refunds & Transfers
• Not redeemable for cash (except as required by law).
• All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
• Not reloadable, not transferable for value, and cannot be resold.
5) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
• Treat the card like cash. On Her Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
• Replacement may be possible only with acceptable proof of purchase and remaining-balance verification (at our sole discretion).
6) Balance Inquiry
• Check your live balance in store or at onhernails.ca/gift-card-usage-record, or call 647.344.1907.
7) Fraud & Misuse
• We may suspend or void any card suspected of fraud, counterfeit, tampering, or violation of these terms.
8) Privacy
• Use of the card may require minimal information to verify ownership and process redemption in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9) Law & Jurisdiction
• Governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
