4. Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals & no-shows
We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our staff and other clients, we apply the following general policies:
4.1 Cancellation & rescheduling notice
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee or loss of deposit, where applicable.
4.2 Late arrivals
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time.

- No-shows may result in a no-show fee and/or the loss of any deposit paid, as permitted by law.
- Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings.
Details of specific fees, deposits, or stricter policies (for example, busy seasons or group bookings) may be communicated at the time of booking and will form part of these Terms.
5. Pricing, payment & promotions
5.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (such as HST).
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice; however, we will honour the price confirmed at the time of your booking where possible.
- Some services may vary in price based on nail length, design complexity, or extra time required. We will do our best to inform you of any adjustments before beginning the service.
5.2 Payment
- We accept the payment methods displayed in-salon (for example: debit/credit cards, cash, or other approved methods).
- Full payment is due at the time the services are completed, unless a deposit or prepayment has been requested in advance.
5.3 Deposits
- For certain services or peak periods, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
- Deposit terms (amount, refundability, deadline for changes) will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Where permitted by law, deposits may be applied as a late cancellation or no-show fee if you cancel without enough notice or fail to attend your appointment.
5.4 Promotions & discounts
- From time to time, we may offer special promotions, discounts, or packages.
- Each offer may have its own terms, such as validity dates, eligible services, or limits per customer.
- Unless stated otherwise, promotions:
- Cannot be combined with other discounts,
- Are not transferable, and
- Have no cash value.

- Gift cards are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- If allowed by law and by our policy, any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use until the card expires or is fully redeemed.
- Please treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for unauthorized use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- The purchase and use of gift cards may be subject to additional terms, which will be shown at the time of purchase or on our website.
